Portrait of Yousra Diab

About

I am an AI consultant and developer at Droids Agency in Copenhagen. I design and build AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, and I run workshops that help teams put AI tools to practical use.

Before moving into tech I worked as a social worker and authority case handler. Managing complex cases taught me to analyse carefully, document clearly and collaborate across professions, and that is still how I approach every AI project: start with the people and the decision they need to make, then build the tool.

“Good AI tools start with the people who will use them, not the model.”

The idea behind every agent and workshop I build.
